AMAZING Singapore – soft shell crab

You can always find food vendors on piazza’s and open spaces, attracting crowd with free sampling and delicious food aroma ^__^ its all so festive!

we found this deep fry sea food booth right next to the junction of Tang’s on Orchard road, they had different kinds, the soft shell crab (my fav) is simply irresistible, so went for it ๐Ÿ™‚

satisfying light meal, clean food, friendly service.. what more can anyone ask for ๐Ÿ™‚

from its name “soft shell crab” gets eaten with its shell, it gets cleaned, cut into quarters or halves, breaded, and deep fried ๐Ÿ™‚ so simple, you can try the same method with large size crabs, you just need to hassle with cracking the shells later ๐Ÿ˜‰

I believe they are in season!! maybe its a good idea to prepare a nice dish & enjoy it in the cool weather.. just saying ^__^
