shells on a dish

by now i am guessing you all know how much i adore pasta πŸ˜‰
today i was inspired to create an easy dish with conchiglie *pasta shells* stuffed with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and three types of cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, & parmesan.
start with frying an onion with olive oil, add diced fresh mushrooms, when ready season with dry basil, ground black pepper, and add the shredded cheese and thin slices of dried tomatoes all in one large bowl.
drain the boiled pasta and mix with ingrediants and drizzle with olive oil, mix gently on low heat.
serve hot and garnish with fresh basil or rocket leaves πŸ™‚

i must say it was super simple, i enjoyed creating and mixing the flavors, i was singing the whole time ^_^ and the plate was completly wiped out! SUPER!!
