organic pasta with fresh rocca leaves

hello every one 🙂 what a great day today!
its friday, so all the family is gathered for lunch, and i like to prepare something special in my kitchen to share ^_^
today am thinking PASTA!! of course after my recent trip to italy, i believe its gonna be a while before i change my italian cooking mood!
it’s very basic recipe all you need is:
organic pasta
sun-dried tomatoes
fresh mushrooms
black olives
pine nuts
after the pasta is ready and drained just mix it with the above ingredients on slow heat with a drizzle of olive oil and pinch of dried basil and oregano,
serve in a nice plate and add rocca and basil leaves on the sides, then one big full spoon of yogurt right in the middle, top it all with a sparkle of black seeds and grated parmesan cheese 🙂 enjoooy! we all certainly did 🙂
